Twin Surf Bedding Comforter Set

i’m going to college and therefore will have a twin bed. i found the perfect duvet cover in a twin size, but i’m wondering if i need to buy a new comforter to go inside or not. would my current full sized comforter be able to squish in? i think it might, and it just might be nice and plush?
